New Service Manager, 2016
Over the past year, as the Club has progressed and grown, it became apparent that there was a need for an overall Service Manager to be implemented to ensure the success and growth of the Club going forward into the future. A Service Manager will have overall responsibility for the running of the club and office, and will be responsible to the members of the Board.
Kelly Taylor, who was our original Deputy Coordinator, stepped out of this role and has been working in our office, building relationships with new business consultants, and working very hard with the Board to secure future funding for the Club. Kelly has been providing management support and guidance to Eileen McConnell at Club and to Jennifer Love within the office. Kelly’s background is in Care Management, HR and Quality Assurance Management, and she has been able to share with us a wealth of her knowledge and experience.
We are now delighted to confirm that Kelly Taylor has been promoted to the role of Service Manager with The Tree Club and as of Monday 11th January 2016, Kelly will be the overall lead person for the service.
Eileen McConnell, will continue in her post as Club Coordinator, and will continue to manage the Club and Club staff. Eileen will now report into Kelly who will be her line manager. Kelly will provide input and oversight of everything going on within the club and the office.
